British fashion label A-COLD-WALL* resumes its prolific Converse collaboration with a new set of Aeon Active CX renditions. The trio of colourways presents “Dyed” themes highlighting artisanal hand-applied dyeing techniques to produce unique colour treatments on each shoe. This A-COLD-WALL* x Converse Aeon Active CX “Dyed Black” flaunts a minimalist all-black makeover with a grey-painted midsole portion to highlight the ACW label. Unlike the “Dyed Blue Emerald” and “Dyed Red Gravel” colourways featuring polyester and leather, this colourway incorporates ripstop mesh.After debuting in 2022 in two colourways, the futuristic Aeon Active CX by A-COLD-WALL* and Converse continued to release in more styles. The silhouette now emerges in a new “Dyed Pack” featuring three renditions. This “Dyed Black” rendition aligns with ACW’s minimalist, utilitarian aesthetics similar to the original “Black” colourway minus the volt accents. The shoe has a black ripstop mesh base with polyester overlays for extra durability. Thick asymmetrical pull tabs with co-branded labels on the front and back accompany the stretchy upper. ACW labels adorn the forefoot, heel counter, and Crater foam midsole, while Converse branding sits on the medial panel. The thick Crater foam and the PU CX drop-in midsole provide maximum cushioning for all-day comfort.
