This laceless lifestyle shoe resulted from Dr. Samuel Ross and Converse’s brainstorming for fresh footwear ideas, eventually debuting in 2022 after surfacing a year prior. The A-COLD-WALL* x Converse Aeon Active CX Dyed “Dyed Red Gravel” joins the limited-edition “Dyed” pack and implements artisanal dyeing techniques to form the eye-catching colourway.Built from cutting-edge Converse DNA, the Aeon Active CX has a polyester and leather construction with rounded lines for a lightweight and durable design. The stretch bootie allows smoother ease of entry into the laceless upper, accompanied by thick, asymmetrical pull tabs for a secure and lockdown fit. Hand-applied dyeing processes give each shoe varying red pigments, while the recycled Crater foam midsole flaunts a brown hue for contrast. Signature ACW branding appears all over the upper, forefoot midsole, and heel pull tab. Converse labels adorn the medial panel headlined by the debossed Chevron Star logo.
